Ordering Information Secure ordering: Your information is secure using our shopping cart and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. You can use the shopping cart even if you plan on ordering by mail or by fax. At checkout, you will be given several options to finalize your order.
You can also call (760-443-7608) or snail mail your order.
Payment: We accept cash, money orders, checks (they'll need to clear before we can ship) and Visa, or Mastercard. Payment in full is required before we can ship.
Shipping: USPS or UPS is available. We can make arrangements for overnight shipping. Please call or e-mail. Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours. If we are at a show, we will ship within that same timeframe once we get home. If there will be a delay other than that, you will be notified. To estimate shipping, we need to put in weight. Unfortunately, the website can only add up the weights it is given, and not fully tell you the correct shipping amount. The site also can't know, what will fit in a flat rate envelope or box. If you choose parcel post (because it is cheaper), if it is cheaper to ship first class or priority, I will upgrade your shipping at that point, and if it is cheaper, I will charge you a lesser amount for shipping.

Sales tax: 6% will be charged on all orders within ID, or if we are in AZ, the sales tax will be 7.3%..
Returns: All returns must be pre-approved and will need to have a RA# on the pkg. Please check the contents of the pkg. when you receive it and let us know within 5 days, if something is incorrect. Items must be returned in original condition only. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless the error is ours. Fabric and t-shirts are custom treated and are not returnable.
